Please contact me to arrange a free initial meeting. This meeting will allow you to share a little about your background and what brings you to therapy, and discuss what you're hoping to achieve.

After the initial meeting, regular sessions are for 50 minutes once a week. Sessions are in-person at my practice. We will discuss appointment time options at our initial meeting.

I work with clients on a long-term basis. If you'd like, we can discuss an initial set number of sessions and review at the end of that period.

The initial meeting is free. Each subsequent session is £70. An invoice will be sent each month which you can pay via bank transfer.

Occasionally I am able to offer concessionary rates so please get in touch and we can discuss a fee based on your circumstances.

If you do need to cancel a session, one-week's notice is required otherwise the full fee is payable.

If I need to cancel a session I will aim to let you know as soon as possible. The fee will not be payable for any sessions that I cancel.

Everything we discuss will remain between us, so you can talk freely. However, in line with the BACP Ethical Guidelines I work to, there are very rare situations where I may need to break confidentiality if I believe that there is serious risk of harm to self or others. I will always work to discuss this with you before any action is taken.

My work is discussed with an external qualified supervisor who is bound by the same BACP Ethical Guidelines. Supervision is a necessary part of therapeutic work as it ensures I am working safely and with your best interests at heart.
